Had lunch with my roommate and our good friend today at
momofuku noodle bar. We've heard a lot of great reviews and I was definitely amp to try the food. Surprisely, we didn't have to wait long to be seated since we came after lunch rush hour. The place is narrow as far as seating arrangements goes but the place feels homie and I just love the lighting and modern look.
We ordered the pork steam buns and fingerling potatoes for appetizers. I really love the taste of the fingerling potatoes it had benton's bacon, scallions, and a poached egg served on top. I ordered the momofuku ramen which comes in a huge bowl and it contains different pork parts and a poached egg. It was good but nothing out of this world. lol. I just love the expression on my friend's face.
